What we need

To prepare a meaningful quote, share:

  • Legal business name and how you sell (in person, online, MO-TO, or mix)
  • Approximate monthly card volume and average ticket
  • Current processor statements when available (PDF or clear photos)
  • Whether you need hardware, gateway, gift/loyalty, or other optional tools
  • Any high-risk or regulated product notes—honesty speeds underwriting later

You can also reach the program inbox: growmybusiness+merchantservicesamerica@aimarketinggenius.io (same program mail used on contact).

What happens next

After you submit:

  1. We review what you sent for completeness
  2. We follow up with clarifying questions if volume, channel, or vertical details are unclear
  3. We discuss pricing and structure tied to your facts—not a one-size public grid
  4. If you choose to proceed, underwriting collects formal documents

Timelines vary. We do not publish invented SLAs.

No invented rates

Public “as low as” rate tables, “nobody beats our prices,” and guaranteed-rate banners from historical marketing are discarded. A quote without your card mix and risk profile would be fiction.

Common questions

Why won’t you list rates on this page?
Because rates without your volume and mix mislead. Quotes are individualized.

Do I need statements?
They help a lot when you are switching. New businesses can estimate volume and ticket instead.

Is submitting a quote an underwriting approval?
No. Quote conversation first; formal underwriting if you proceed.

What if I am high-risk?
Say so early. Read high-risk merchant accounts and still email us.

Can I email instead of the form?
Yes: growmybusiness+merchantservicesamerica@aimarketinggenius.io.

Start with your business needs

Tell us how you accept payments and what you want to improve. Do not email cardholder data or sensitive statements. We can discuss a secure next step if documents are needed.
